SUNDAY TRASH AND TREASURE STALL INFORMATION

Want to hold your own flea market stall? No application is required to join our Trash and Treasure market – just bring your second hand goods along on Sundays to be allocated a site – entry strictly between 4am-4:30am. Stall costs from $40 per week.

SATURDAY STREET FOOD STALL APPLICATION

For ready to eat food & dessert vendors or arts & crafts stalls looking to join our Saturday night street food markets.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5PM ON THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO THE MARKET YOU ARE APPLYING FOR.

SUNDAY TRASH AND TREASURE STALL INFORMATION

Casual stalls in our unique Trash and Treasure market area are available every Sunday of the year (unless advised of a scheduled closure) and there is no need to book.
 
Please queue up on the bitumen road outside the main market on Sunday morning (enter via Broadwater Rd). Please stay on the bitumen and do not block any driveways. We allow entry strictly between 4am – 4:30am and sites are allocated at the discretion of Market Management.
 
The sites are approximately 4m x 6m and your vehicle must be parked on your site. Fees apply for additional vehicles/trailers/large vans that don’t fit on your site. 
 
Stall costs are from $40 per site and are collected from 5am by our friendly staff. Please have the correct money ready. We also have tables for hire at $5 each which is also collected on the day. The tables can be found on trolleys at the back entrance to the Farmers’ Market. Please ensure you return any tables you use to the marked trolleys at the end of the market. BYO chairs please.
 
We are unable to offer power in this part of the market. The sale of food or drinks is NOT permitted.
Rules about RUBBISH are simple – you bring it in, you take it home.

SATURDAY STREET FOOD STALL APPLICATION

Please read all terms and conditions before filling out the application below.

Please note:

– Each stall must have their own safety switch connection.
– All cooking equipment must be commercial, not domestic. All equipment must be safety tested and tagged.
– Power is limited, please use gas when possible.
– All stallholders must bring their own power leads, lights and cooking equipment.
– No spot lights permitted.
– Stallholders must provide all equipment, such as marquees and tables.

ENTERTAINERS/BUSKERS APPLICATION

If you and your band are touring, local or even international please fill out the contact form below. We are usually booked well in advance, but we are always looking for bands for new events as they come up. Payment will be discussed when we respond. We prefer originals, but are open to great covers in your set.
